Today we have the latest Wellbeing Wednesday activities to share with you and following on from Friday’s resources, a video all about the relationship between food and mood:

• Continuing on with our theme of healthy eating and nutrition for the week, we have produced a short video with lots of tips for managing your mood through food. The video can be downloaded here 

• Wellbeing Wednesday is back tomorrow with a range of activities that students can get involved in. Please see below for details
