New online skill-sharing programme on digital engagement launched!
Do you want to find out more about how you can design, deliver and evaluate digital approaches to public engagement? Are you looking for new ways to meaningfully engage people in your research or project during COVID-19? As part of the University-wide Wellcome ISSF Public Engagement funding scheme, we’re launching a new programme of events where you’ll get to hear from researchers, community organisers and public engagement professionals on this topic.
What will it include?
Throughout the programme we’ll explore key questions with researchers, community organisations and public engagement practitioners who have experience with digital projects:
- How do I design, run and evaluate digital public engagement projects?
- How can I engage communities around me?
- What makes digital content compelling?
- How do I ensure that my project is as accessible and inclusive as possible?
There are three sessions. Each one will include:
- case studies of current projects
- opportunities to share your ideas, challenges, and successes and learn from others
- short training sessions with experienced external and internal trainers focusing on practical advice and tips.
What’s the programme and how do I get more information?
