CIDRAL Public Lecture – Zoom Event
(a joint event with the Centre for Jewish Studies)
5.00pm Tuesday 8 December

In some ways this is a perplexing reaction since religions that have survived for a long time and in often very different environments are well used to coping with change and its attendant problems. This talk will examine a range of ways in which rituals have been altered and will reflect on what that suggests about the nature of ritual in religion.
