Each week, Wellbeing Wednesday promotes a mixture of live events as well as activities you can do in your own time.
Remember, there are never any rules for how you’re meant to spend your Wednesday. These are just simple suggestions that you can get up to if you’re looking for something to do. You can try out as many or as few as you like, depending on your schedule. More than anything, Wellbeing Wednesday is an opportunity to check in with yourself and take a little extra time to look after yourself this week.
