Last week, we were given the official go-ahead from our sponsor, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.manchester.ac.uk\/research\/\">The University of Manchester,<\/a> to re-start recruitment. This was the last in a long line of approvals from the NHS sites and our funder*, who assessed and agreed that we met the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nihr.ac.uk\/documents\/restart-framework\/24886\">NIHR framework<\/a> for re-starting the recruitment of studies paused due to COVID-19. We&#8217;re looking forward to, once again, offering people the opportunity to take part in the CARMS project.
