NHS staff and services are working incredibly hard to manage the effects of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. It is vital that we understand the psychological impact on NHS staff so that we can put the right support in place.<\/p>\n
[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_2″][et_pb_text admin_label=”Text: About our study – RHS” _builder_version=”3.17.6″]<\/p>\n
We will use the findings of this research to inform the development of mental health and wellbeing support services for NHS staff.<\/p>\n
You can help by taking part in our research study.<\/p>\n
This 30 minute online survey will ask NHS clinical staff about:<\/p>\n
- \n
- their work and home environments;<\/li>\n
- mental health and wellbeing;<\/li>\n
- factors such as resilience, self-compassion, and ways of thinking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
You can complete the survey as a one-off, or you can help us to understand the impact on NHS staff over time by agreeing to be contacted again in the future by our research team.<\/p>\n
