Hi! I am <\/span>Chuning<\/span> Xu, an international student from China currently majoring in MSc<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Accounting at <\/span>T<\/span>he University of Manchester. Having previously majored in economics, I realized my passion for <\/span>Accounting<\/span> one year ago and decided to study at Manchester University. I feel honoured to be a member of our university since every person I met here is so supportive and friendly to me, especially clerks of Student<\/span> Support<\/span> Hub, which truly helped me to quickly adapt to the foreign study life and feel at home.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"There are several reasons why I chose this amazing place to do my further study. Honestly, the first reason is the ranking and reputation. The Alliance Manchester Business School of Manchester University is famous worldwide. Our school ranking is higher and easier for us to find employment not only in the United Kingdom but also in China. The University of Manchester is highly recognized, which will help me be more competitive in my future career and more conducive to my personal development. The salary of graduate students in the University of Manchester is also impressive according to the information provided by my Undergraduate tutor. Moreover, students in my Undergraduate school who went to the University of Manchester miss and are satisfied with the life they spent at the University of Manchester after their graduation – they said to me that it is an unforgettable journey, and highly recommended it to me to do my study. From this perspective, our university is definitely an excellent choice I should make.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"Another reason is the curriculum. I did thorough and detailed research before my application. The University of Manchester is the one that not only fits in well with my Undergraduate courses, former working experience, and achieved certificates, but also meets the requirements for my future doctoral study compared with the others on my list. Additionally, Manchester is a bright and vibrant city with relatively lower living costs, which creates a chilling vibe. Based on my preference for this city, I would love to live in a place like that in the long run.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Regarding the benefits of studying the MSc Accounting course at The University of Manchester, compared to other universities, AMBS has an amazing learning environment and inclusive and shared learning atmosphere. The information on crucial activities can always be seen on the display screen just when you are out of the elevator, and there will be free career guidance activities held every week on the way where every student passes through, to provide us with any help we need. These details made me move and feel the school’s equal love and care for our students. It can be said that love is filled everywhere around us in AMBS.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"Anyway, I am glad to become a member of AMBS and have benefited a lot from our school. I get to know various useful knowledge from lectures and have the chance to meet many famous scholars in our field through activities like guest lectures, academic seminars, and job fairs. All helped me to have a much clearer picture of my studies and future career. It is exciting to pursue your dream in this place, please <\/span>don\u2019t<\/span> hesitate to join us.
