The problem

Students clicking on the Support & Information page in their courses, are receiving an “Item Not Available” message.

The solution

We kindly ask that all course leaders manually change the link in their courses to the new SoSS Student Community.

Here’s how.

Locate the Support and Information link in your Blackboard course navigation menu, this will normally be alongside the Library and Study Skills links:

Open the dropdown menu, and click Web link

Remove the URL contents, and paste in this link:
https://livemanchesterac.sharepoint.com/sites/UoM-HUMS-SoSS-STUDENT-COMMS

Click Submit.
