This award celebrates a group of individuals or an organisation that by connecting with people and\/or communities to deliver new insights, understanding, activities and actions have informed strategies, programmes and services that help reduce health inequity among one or more local communities.<\/p>\n

The 2025 Excellence in Health Creation Awards recognised outstanding individuals, teams and organisations who are leading the way in health creation across the UK.\u00a0<\/p>\n
