_builder_version=&#8221;3.17.6&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h1>Support for improving community-based care for self-harm<\/h1>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.manchester.ac.uk\/ncish\/\">National Confidential Inquiry into Suicide and Safety in Mental Health<\/a> (NCISH) is working alongside experts from the <a href=\"http:\/\/research.bmh.manchester.ac.uk\/cmhs\/research\/centreforsuicideprevention\/MaSH\">Manchester Self-Harm Project<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.patientsafety.manchester.ac.uk\/\">Patient Safety Translational Research Centre<\/a> to support NHS Integrated Care Systems across England to improve community-based services and care for people who self-harm.<\/p>\n<p>This is part of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.england.nhs.uk\/mental-health\/adults\/cmhs\/\">a national programme of transformation funded by NHS England and NHS Improvement<\/a> linked to establishing\u00a0new and integrated models of primary and community mental health care across England. These infographics are intended to promote and share learning; they summarise the projects\u2019 aims, project details, and outcome measures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.17.6&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.17.6&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h2>Data Dictionary<\/h2>\n<p>We have developed a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/documents.manchester.ac.uk\/display.aspx?DocID=56570\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">data dictionary<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/documents.manchester.ac.uk\/display.aspx?DocID=56570\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&nbsp;<\/a>(PDF) providing a selection of process measures that can be used to
