Implantation and early pregnancy<\/h1>\n

To improve ART treatment success rates and learn more about the impact of the ART environment on embryonic development, we study how embryos implant in the wall of the womb.<\/p>\n

We have shown that treatments and assessments of embryos in the ART clinic relate to their implantation success, and that the womb lining plays important roles in this process.<\/p>\n

We are also interested in how problems during implantation can lead to faulty development of the placenta, with the hope of improving early detection of pregnancy diseases.<\/p>\n
