How do parents or families participate in this study?<\/h1>\n

We have launched an online survey to enable parents and family members to support the study.<\/p>\n

If your baby was harmed during labour, or died after 22 weeks of pregnancy, during labour, or within the first 4 weeks of life, and you had a review or investigation after this, and you are ready to complete this survey about your experience, you may be eligible to take part.<\/p>\n

We are investigating events that occurred any time from January 2019 in England.<\/p>\n
