The journal Social Work and Social Sciences Review has published a festschrift for Professor Peter Huxley.\u00a0Professor Huxley was the Founding Editor of Social Work and Social Sciences Review, and is one of the world\u2019s most eminent social work researchers in the field of mental health.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mental Health Social Care Incubator leads Professor Catherine Robinson and Dr Michael Clark are delighted to have been involved in the production of this edition:<\/span><\/p>\n

Vol. 25 No. 1 (2024): Festschrift for Peter Huxley<\/a><\/h1>\n

Catherine acted as guest editor alongside Professor Huxley and Professor Rob Poole, as well as producing an editorial<\/a> celebrating Professor Huxley\u2019s work, written with Professor Poole. <\/span><\/p>\n

Michael contributed a paper<\/a>\u00a0focusing on the foundations Professor Huxley has laid in developing a stronger social basis to understanding mental health and the forms of support that those experiencing mental health problems want and need.<\/span><\/p>\n
