Bear in mind that, if your problems are continuing, the panel will look for reassurance that you are able to manage them in the future.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”3.17.6″]<\/p>\n What should I do if I have\/had mitigating circumstances?<\/strong><\/p>\n Requests for mitigation must be submitted within five working days<\/strong> for individual assessments<\/strong>, or within 24 hours following absence at a workshop<\/strong>. Requests after these deadlines will not be considered without a credible and compelling explanation as to why the circumstances were not known or could not have been shown beforehand.<\/p>\n In order to request for your mitigating circumstances to be applied to your studies, you will need to:<\/p>\n Please note that your form must be fully completed and accompanied with supporting evidence, in order for your request to be submitted to the Mitigating Circumstances Panel.
