We have great links to neighbouring universities and organisations, including one of the UK&#8217;s major research and teaching Trusts (MFT).<\/p>\n<p>We also benefit from the Manchester Clinical Research Facility (CRF), which is the largest and most comprehensive NIHR CRF in the UK.<\/p>\n<p>Manchester boasts a diverse population and, above all, is an excellent place to deliver first-rate surgical research.<\/p>\n<h3>Aims<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Raise the profile and achievements of north-west surgeons.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a directory of research active surgeons to facilitate research.<\/li>\n<li>Create a portfolio of research activity occurring in Greater Manchester and the wider north-west.<\/li>\n<li>List surgeons who offer postgraduate clinical training opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column_inner][\/et_pb_row_inner][et_pb_row_inner admin_label=&#8221;Row&#8221;
