Feedback&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;3.17.6&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h1>SoSS Teaching Roadmap<\/h1>\n<h2>Assessment and Feedback<\/h2>\n<p>Colleagues must be effective in setting and marking assessment to deliver student progress and contribute to learning.\u00a0 They must ensure that disabled students receive adjustments detailed in their University Support Plan.\u00a0 Colleagues must deliver quality and timely feedback to students in line with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.staffnet.manchester.ac.uk\/tlso\/policy-guidance\/assessment\/practice-of-assessment\/feedback-to-students\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Policy on Feedback to Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught Students<\/a>, that is as personal as possible to the individual student and enables them to reflect on their skills and performance regardless of background, identity, personal characteristics or ability on entry.\u00a0 Assessments and feedback must be delivered in line with the requirements of the <a href=\"http:\/\/documents.manchester.ac.uk\/display.aspx?DocID=7333\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">University\u2019s Assessment Framework<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Some of the activities below could be co-created with students.<\/li>\n<li>Choices and innovation should be the product of understanding of pedagogical insights\/literature<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column_inner][\/et_pb_row_inner][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section bb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
