As a deaf person myself I think it\u2019s so important to give deaf young people the chance to share their own life journeys.<\/p>\n<p>As an interviewer I wanted to show a positive deaf role model for all the deaf young people\u2026but in reality I think the deaf young people were the role models all along &#8211; you have all inspired me so much!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Favourite Food?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prawn Ramen (noodles) with lots of chillis! I love spice.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Favourite Video Game?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Currently Octopath Traveller on the Nintendo Switch and also Hades\u2026I\u2019m a sucker for Greek mythology.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Favourite book?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Red Rising series &#8211; if you love fantasy mixed with sci-fi and a sprinkle of \u2018hunger games\u2019&#8230;then this is for you!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>What are you looking forward to in 2022?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I\u2019m excited for new video game releases, more time to develop my swimming skills and also GETTING TO MEET the deaf young people again &#8211; I\u2019m so excited!<\/p>\n<p>Just make sure you fill in your survey report for the READY Study and I can\u2019t wait til we next meet.
