About<\/h1>\n

Our research group is part of the\u00a0high voltage technology<\/a>\u00a0research activity that is carried out in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at The University of Manchester. Here, you can find out more about us and our work and achievements.<\/p>\n

As a group, we are at the forefront of transformer research in the UK and are active members of the international transformer research community. We regularly take part in conferences and working groups, and have successfully published a number of papers. Many of our researchers have also been awarded prizes in recognition of their work.<\/p>\n

Professor Zhongdong Wang heads up our group. She is also the Vice Dean for Internationalisation in the Faculty of Science and Engineering. More information on each of our members can be found on their research profiles which are linked to below.<\/p>\n
