WILNET had the pleasure of interviewing Mari Takeuchi, professor of international law at Okayama University in Japan. She shares with us her motivations for pursuing an academic career in international law.<\/p>\n

Professor Takeuchi gives us a fascinating insight into the culture of the Japanese international law academy. She tells us how her experience as a PhD candidate in the UK has influenced her both as a teacher and a scholar.<\/p>\n
