The University of Groningen\u00a0is organising a Workshop Series and an International Conference to\u00a0discuss the role and relevance of international law to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals.<\/p>\n

Workshop 4,\u00a0Gender, Health & Sustainable Development: The role for international human rights law, focuses on gender issues and will explore how international human rights law can contribute to attaining the health and gender objectives contained in the UN Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development. Wendy Harcourt, Professor of Gender, Diversity and Sustainable Development at the Erasmus University will deliver the keynote speech.<\/p>\n

The Workshop will take place on Monday, May 7th, 2018 from 14:00 – 18:30 at the University College Groningen, the Netherlands.\u00a0Further information<\/a>.<\/p>\n
