Using Padlet to enhance the Student Experience

Padlet is an easy to use, digital canvas that enables to share live or asynchrously things such as posts, documents, images, links and rich multimedia content. Because it works as a collective online space is an excellent collaboration tool for both teachers and learners.

In the presentation below Ruby Hammer shares her experience and tips on the use of the Padlet.  She showcases ways that Padlet can be used for a number of purposes:

  • Online discussions
  • FAQs such as effectively handling exam queries.
  • Collective annotated bibliographies, book reviews
  • Staff profiles
  • Collecting resources

It is precisely the easiness and versatility of the tool to meet multiple teaching and learning needs that make Padlet a widely used tool.
