Wellbeing Trail at Ordsall Hall
The project team designed this self-led wellbeing trail, which is available free of charge to all Ordsall Hall visitors. It takes visitors round key wellbeing spaces and explores how early modern people took care of their health and wellbeing, and suggests creative activities for visitors to do themselves. These creative activities are informed by those done by project participants at the Hall.
