MindOut is a mental health service run by and for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, and queer (LGBTQ) people.
This service can provide online support via live chat run by LGBTQ affirmative mental health trained volunteers. Service availability can be found on the website with specific days where services are provided by people of colour/trans or non-binary individuals, male GBTQ+ volunteers.
