EVOLvE study

Full title: Evaluating the effectiveness of the Saving Babies Lives Care Bundle Version 2 on reducing perinatal mortality

A team of researchers from The University of Manchester were commissioned by NHS England to evaluate Version 2 of the Saving Babies Lives Care Bundle (SBLCBv2).

The research included Dr Liz Camacho, Professor Alexander Heazell, Dr Holly Reid, Dr Steve Roberts, Dr Debbie Smith and Dr Kate Widdows.

Findings were collected through analysis of quantitative data about pregnancy outcomes, surveys and interviews with 1,140 women and 663 healthcare professionals across 28 NHS Trusts.
