• PROMPT2 Trial – The PROMPT2 study will compare the efficacy and safety of different concentrations of propofol added to the cardioplegia solution during cardiac surgery versus sham supplementation.
• FGTW2101 – A multi-centre, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel, phase 3 study to assess the efficacy and safety of fibrinogen concentrate (FGTW) in the management of bleeding in patients undergoing complex cardiac surgery (involving CPB).
