by | May 1, 2024 | Events | 0 comments

We’re pleased to announce the AMR Network Symposium at The University of Manchester on 17th May 2024 from 10 AM to 6PM. This one-day event will highlight the breadth of AMR work across the University and Manchester NHS Foundation Trust. The aim of the symposium is to foster collaboration, and explore how we can collaboratively address grand challenges in AMR, and discuss future directions and priorities for the Network.

We are excited to have keynote speaker Dr Michael Anderson from the Division of Population Health, Health Services Research & Primary Care. Dr Anderson will be speaking about his work on policy reform and health economics surrounding AMR. Please register your attendance here. Attendance is free, but places are limited due to room occupancy constraints.

We want the Network to have the broadest possible representation and invite all interested individuals based at the University to attend. Please do forward to anyone who might not yet be in the Network, invite students and colleagues to attend, etc.

The symposium will take place in the Michael Smith Building at The University of Manchester.

The Symposium is supported by funding from the Team Research Programme Micro-Catalyst Funding from the Christabel Pankhurst Institute.

Hope to see you on the day!
