You can download a list of all current documents for the BCRD study. This includes all documents for consent, register and follow up participants on the study. If you are having any problems downloading these documents, please contact the team and they will send you a zip file containing all current documents.

REMOTE CONSENT – Whilst COVID-19 continues to impact attendance at face-to-face clinics in the NHS, there is the option to obtain consent and re-consent from study participants remotely. Please see the flowchart for new registrations and the flowchart for re-registrations for further information.
