We take immense pleasure in congratulating Dr Sarah Megren Alrubia, former PhD student and alumni of CAPKR, on receiving recognition of her work by the American Pharmacists Association (APhA).  

Her work at the CAPKR published in the paper ‘Quantitative Assessment of the Impact of Crohn’s Disease on Protein Abundance of Human Intestinal Drug-Metabolising Enzymes and Transporters’ (2022. J Pharm Sci 111(10), 2917–2929) has been recognised and won the APhA Ebert Prize 2024, and felicitated in a ceremony at the APhA ceremony in Orlando, Florida in March 2024.
