Several CAPKR members and alumni attended Amin’s 60th birthday celebration Pharma Fiesta, where Amin was subjected to a ‘roast’!  

It was a memorable event with the presence of many alumni and past/ present CAPKR members.  

Among many presents, Amin was ‘Kanreki-ed’ by Prof Yuichi Sugiyama, a gift that is given in Japan to someone who turns 60 in a ceremony called Kanreki.  

The celebrations followed in Manchester with the current CAPKR staff and students.  

We wish Amin several more decades of good health, prosperity, and success!
