This presentation is given by Katy Cleece, Social Worker, and Social Work Research Lead from Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS foundation trust, and Parisa Quaynor a peer lived experience researcher. The pair met during the Research Engagement Network (REN) programme funded by NHS England, to increase diversity in research participation, particularly inclusion from “unheard voices”. Here they  talk about how they co-created a model for coproduction with communities, and what they perceive to be the key elements for this, the challenges this presents, and how they overcame them. They also share some key outputs and research activities which arose from this project.
