Prime: Professionals in Medical Education / PRiME Core / CCA (previously OSCE) Examiners: Training for EXISTING Examiners
CCA (previously OSCE) Examiners: Training for EXISTING Examiners
From the 2021 academic year onwards, the OSCE examinations have been renamed Clinical Competency Assessments (CCAs).
The format and process of these clinical assessments has not changed and therefore any prior PRIME OSCE training you may have done remains valid, with examiners required to undertake refresher training every three years.
We now deliver a 90-minute workshop (online via Teams) which will provide existing examiners with important updates relating to our clinical assessments, calibration exercises and opportunities to share experiences and ask questions of the assessment team.
Please get in touch if you have any problems: mbchb.prime@manchester.ac.uk.
