Diagnosing Learner Performance: Feedback Conversations

This 2-hour workshop on Microsoft Teams is designed to increase your knowledge and skills when participating in learning conversations with students.

There are 2 CPD points associated with attending this workshop, from the Royal College of Physicians UK.

We will explore the components of a thinking environment, the importance of growth mindset and how to promote this, the educational theory underpinning effective feedback, and practice using coaching skills in learning conversations. We are thankful to Professor Ramani from Harvard Medical School for review and collaboration in the preparation of this workshop.
