Professor Sheena Johnson
Sheena is an Occupational and Chartered Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, and Professor of Work Psychology and Wellbeing at Alliance Manchester Business School. Sheena’s research interests include health and wellbeing, and the ageing workforce. She has published over 30 books, book chapters and journal articles in the field, and works regularly with organizations and stakeholders.
Sheena is the University of Manchester lead on Social Change and Inequalities at the Thomas Ashton Institute, and sits on the management board of MICRA (Manchester Institute for Collaborative Research on Ageing). She is also a member of the Alliance Manchester Business School’s Work and Equalities Research Institute where she is academic lead for theme 2 ‘Fair Treatment at Work’

Dr Lynn Holdsworth
Lynn is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and is the Lead Researcher and Network Co-ordinator for the Age, Health and Professional Driver’s Network. Since 2001 she has been involved in several occupational health and employee research projects with AMBS in addition to continuing her consultancy work with external organisations. Lynn’s research interests include health and wellbeing, the ageing workforce, and empowerment in contact centres. She has contributed to numerous research articles in the field of organisational and occupational psychology, and is co-author of Organisational Behaviour for Dummies.
