Happy New Year!

Following last year’s seminar on research impact during the pandemic, we’re excited to announce the second event in the SEEDs of Change series:

SEEDs of Change: How to Develop Impact from your Research

Join us on 27th January at 12pm for a round table discussion involving speakers from across the School of Environment, Education and Development, whose research has already led to impact. The event will be a great opportunity to hear from colleagues about how to develop impact, from connecting with stakeholders to evidencing change. Although the specific projects we’ll hear about will have a SEED focus, the discussion will be relevant to staff and research students across the Faculty of Humanities and the session is open to all.

Panellists

Prof Neil Humphrey, Manchester Institute of Education

Dr Gindo Tampubolon, Global Development Institute

Prof James Evans, Geography

Dr Joanne Tippett, Planning & Environmental Management

There will be plenty of time for questions.

Please register via Eventbrite at https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/seeds-of-change-how-to-develop-impact-from-your-research-tickets-132093837223. We’ll email the Zoom link in advance of the session.

Don’t forget to bring coffee and cake!
