On Wednesday 4^th October, Manchester Brain Bank hosted a Brains for Dementia Research (BDR) engagement event.

Speakers at the event included Dr Sarah Ryan from The University of Manchester and BDR participants Judith and Bridget. Manchester Brain Bank Coordinator, Phillip Tinkler (pictured), discussed the importance of donating brain tissue, and provided updates from the Manchester BDR Centre.

The talks were followed by a live Q&A, which gave the opportunity for participants to put questions to our speakers.
