Our annual symposium took place on Friday 3 July at the Institute for Child Health in London.
We were excited to welcome close to 100 delegates. Attendees were approximately 30% clinicians, 30% researchers, pharmaceutical representatives, and patients.
We had six pharmaceutical companies represented, with four of these presenting their research on the day.
We had fantastic keynote talks from Brian Straemer (KCL) and Jeff Miner (WashU), and heard updates on projects within both the physical and virtual hubs.
This year we introduced poster presentations with Konstantinos Tzoumkas (UCL) awarded best poster – congratulations, Konstantinos, well deserved!
