We are delighted to announce that registration is now open for this year’s
 

Annual Meeting for Medieval and Early Modern Studies in the North West

 
which will take place Monday 12 June, 9.45 – 16.45 at The John Rylands Research Institute and Library in Manchester.
 
It’s a packed and exciting day, featuring two manuscript masterclasses on the Cranach armorial and Jewish and Christian manuscript cultures; an impact roundtable featuring Clare Downham, Sasha Handley, Rosamund Oates, and Katherine Wilson; book launches; PGT/PGR elevator pitches; and, finally, a keynote address by Andrew Hadfield on ‘al-Husan Muhammad al-Wazzan, John Pory, and the Dawn of the British Empire’. Lunch and tea with be provided, and registration is free.
