Getting to the Oxford Road campus

The campus is well served by public transport and is cycle friendly, with Dutch-style cycle lanes.

For further information on getting to the campus, see the University’s travel information.

If you drive to us, we can offer you free parking but please be aware that Oxford Road has restricted access so you will need to access us from Upper Brook Street.

If using a SatNav, postcode M13 9GB will get you close to us (Portsmouth Street).

From Oxford Road campus

The map below shows our location in relation to some landmark buildings along Oxford Road, including Manchester Museum and University of Manchester Students’ Union.

To find us, travel along Dover Street and turn into the Rumford Street car park. You will see the Carys Bannister Building on your right. If you are in a car, at the barrier give your name to the car park attendant and say you have an appointment with Eurolens Research to gain access.

When you arrive

The Carys Bannister Building is accessed from Rumford Street, through revolving doors.

Please report to Reception, saying that you have an appointment with Eurolens Research and then head to the first floor (a lift is available, if required).

Once there, ring the bell on the double doors and take a seat in the waiting area. A member of our team will come to collect you at the time of your appointment.
