Why did you choose to study this master’s course at The University of Manchester?

My undergraduate major is related to management, and the Human resources program of The University of Manchester is very good, so I wanted to study in Manchester when I was in university

How much time do you spend in classes and private study?

Most of the study methods around me are independent study. 30% of the teaching time and the remaining 80% are my independent study time.

What has been the highlight of your course so far?

During the Easter holiday, we went to Edinburgh for field trip, which was the best trip in my opinion, mainly combining the theories learned with practice.

What has been the most challenging part of your course so far?

Last semester, we mainly focused on the study of theory, this semester focuses on the combination of theory and practice, which is a big challenge for me.

Have you undertaken any fieldwork as part of your course?

I went to Edinburgh for a 7-day field trip during Easter

How would you describe your student experience so far?

New, challenging, and enjoyable

What is the best thing about living and studying in the city of Manchester?

I met many friends and traveled to many places

What kind of accommodation do you live in?

Ashburne Hall, this is a catered halls located in Fallowfielf

Do you have any tips for future students?

Get out when the weather is good, Manchester is known for its relentless and frustrating rain!

What are your plans for life after graduation?

Find a job or internship in London
