Patient Health Questionnaire 9-item scale BSL (PHQ-9 BSL)

The PHQ-9 is used to screen for and monitor the severity of depression and response to treatment.

The validated BSL version has been endorsed by the originators (Spitzer, Kroenke, and Williams).
