Deaf Experts by Experience Group (DEEG)

Deaf Experts by Experience Group (DEEG) is a Patient Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) panel focusing on health research.

DEEG consists of Deaf BSL users from different backgrounds and they offer advice to University of Manchester researchers who would like to include BSL users in their research but do not know how. DEEG can provide advice or be involved in different levels of research, for example, research design, recruitment, data collection, analysis and dissemination.
