Fourth Workshop
In the fourth workshop, the Student Innovation Officers shared the results of their two-year long research project, on the subject of the student representative system and the student perspective on ‘Students as Partners in Pedagogy’. Our keynote speaker was Christopher Godden, a leading teacher at the University of Manchester and Director of Teaching, Learning and Students for the School of Arts, Languages and Cultures.
The student innovation teams presented three talks to the workshop; the first (from our first-year student!) presented a student view of working as partners with academics in the area of pedagogy within CIP. The second was an overview of the student rep project, the third presentation was about the latest evidence taken from practising representatives.
