Greater Manchester is an area of enduring prevalence. Risk of transmission in many of its local authority areas were based around workplaces.

Researchers on Theme 3 of the PROTECT NCS sought to explore in depth key components to reduce the risk of workplace transmission through needs assessments of infection prevention and control and data needs.
