In this simulated Hindi scenario, an 18-year-old British woman of South-Asian heritage, under mental health service for a year is experiencing deteriorating mental health. Following a Mental Health Assessment, she is to be admitted under Section 3. The AMHP must consult the Nearest Relative, her Hindi-speaking mother, who defers to her husband who has a stronger understanding of the English language. Amid the patient’s agitation, you join the video at this moment.
