Green Creative Industries Day
Green Creative Industries Day was held on Thursday 29 February at the Martin Harris Centre.
The aim of the event was to provide insight into how creative practitioners and cultural institutions across Greater Manchester have responded to the climate crisis in the widest sense – including developing more sustainable methods of creative production, devising new artistic practices or re-interpreting existing collections from an environmental perspective.
A short documentary was produced on the day:
Robin Lyons, founder of Ergon Theatre and graduate of the PGT Environmental Governance, spoke at the event and was also commissioned to produce a video:
Green Creative Industries was supported by SALC Social Responsibility in the Curriculum funding.
