Looking After Yourself at Home
Living at home in the current situation is challenging and you might feel like you haven’t got your usual support network around you. The Student Wellbeing Team have put together this support network resource to help you to identify the types of support you might need right now and space for you to include where you can access this support.
We understand that some of you may be experiencing particularly difficult situations whilst living at home, so we have included the contact details for a number of organisations which may be able to support you if this is the case.
