
An investigation of the impact of ‘Living with COVID’ on workplace COVID-19 transmission risk, response and resilience – lessons learnt and future challenges
Discover the critical insights from the latest research on the impact of the “Living with COVID” policy on workplace COVID-19 transmission risk, response, and resilience in Greater Manchester. This study, from theme 3 researchers on the PROTECT NCS and published in BMC Public Health, highlights the challenges and successes faced by local authorities in supporting employers and employers during the course of the pandemic. By examining the inequitable impacts on vulnerable populations and identifying key facilitators and barriers to supporting employers, this research provides valuable lessons for future pandemics and health crises.
