During Deaf Awareness Week (1st-7th May 2023), Celia, Emma and Katie from SORD participated in a filmed discussion with Paul Marks-Jones, Lead Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Partner at the University of Manchester.

This was an opportunity to highlight the everyday challenges of being a Deaf academic within a university environment that is not always fully accessible.
