The manufacturing sector presents a particular concern for outbreaks, and a better understanding of transmission risks is needed.  The COVID-OUT study (COVID-19 Outbreak investigation to Understand Transmission) aims to provide a better understanding of workplace outbreaks and transmission risks across different work sectors. This paper reports an outbreak investigation of a cluster of COVID-19 cases at an automotive manufacturing site in England, United Kingdom.
