Researchers on Theme 1 of the PROTECT NCS, were tasked with conducting a systematic literature review of SARS-CoV-2 outbreaks in occupational settings to advance the knowledge of risk factors as well as interventions most relevant to the prevention and control of the outbreaks.

The review is registered on PROSPERO, an international database of prospectively registered systematic reviews, and the PROSPERO submission can be accessed here: https://www.crd.york.ac.uk/prospero/#recordDetails

The research team completed the identification of research questions, drafting of inclusion and exclusion criteria, and database search strategy. A total of 21,484 records were identified from six databases.
